Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
No, we bring all cleaning supplies and materials needed to get any job done right, unless you have something special you would like us to use.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, however there is a convenience fee.
What is the time frame to cancel or reschedule?
We do understand certain situations are unavoidable. We do request a 24 hour advance notice for any changes.
Do I always have to be home?
On your first visit with us, we do request someone be home to let the team know if you have any special requests and to walk through to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
Can I get the same team every time?
We do try our best to get the team you are requesting. If both team members are not available, we will get you one of your previous housekeepers.
